The HR Trusted Advisor brings the HR knowledge and experience to deliver unique and high-quality support to the client, ensures that the HR processes are administered and delivered according to the terms agreed by Accenture and the client.
As HR Trusted Advisor you enjoy helping people on the phone, via email and other channels with any HR related questions they might have in German and Czech languages. Your main area of support will be related to onboarding and job changes administration.
You will be in regular interaction with your stakeholders (HR Partners, Managers, employees), while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with your team lead and other colleagues from India delivery center to ensure continuity of HR process delivery for the client.
No doubts that your expert knowledge will be a key factor for successful operation of the entire team.
Fluency in English, German and Czech both oral and written forms.
1 year of relevant HR experience or of similar support function experience Customer Service, Operations delivery, Back Office and Administration, Hospitality, Event Coordination, Personal Assistant
Good communication high level of written and oral skills
Interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus and client satisfaction orientation
High sense for detail as legally binding documents are produced
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications experience with WorkDay, SAP is an advantage
